Individual & Family Counseling
Training to improve social skills, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities
Assistance in the transitioning of a child/adolescent in or out of the home setting
Coordination of Care Services
Eligibility Criteria
The following are areas of consideration which help determine eligibility for these services:
At-risk for hospitalization or out-of-home placement due to conflicts in the home or community
History of [repeated, documented] interventions [mental health, social services, judicial] needed to address behavioral patterns
Inability to recognize personal danger or inappropriate social behaviors.
Our Intensive Inhome Services assists the client with skills to cope with struggles and triggers on a day to day basis.
